    Confirms marriage settlement between himself and uncle, John Jeffreys, esq., on marriage with wife Sarah. to Edward Mapplesden of Perrivale, Middlesex, esq., and Simon Fuller of London, gent., manor of Cantlow and all messuages, lands and tenements in Kentish Town, Middlesex, held by lease from Dean and Chapter of St. Paul's., London; messuage in Cheapside, London, held by lease from Company of Goldsmith's London; mess. in East Cheap, held on lease from Company of Clothworkers, London; messuage in Watling St., London, held by lease from Cutlers Company, London; upon trusts:- if wife release right of dower and right of any personal estate according to custom of city of London, whereof testator is freeman, out of rents of above property £500 p.a. to wife during life, and subject to this payment above estate to go to Nicholas Jefferys, testator's youngest son. to eldest son, Edward Jefferys, all real estate in Breconshire in default of his having heirs male, estate to said son, Nicholas, and in default of his having heirs male, to testator's brother, Edward Jefferys and his heirs male to wife, while widow, houses in St. Mary Ax, London, after her death to youngest son, Nicholas, and his heirs male, then to eldest son, Edward and his heirs male, then to testator's brother, John Jeffreys, esq. to eldest son, Edward, £30,000 to youngest son, Nicholas, £20.000 and advantage of all testator's parts ''in Ships and Adventures beyond the Seas'' according to Value written in testator's books or by appraisors appointed by executors. to 3 daughters, Anne, Jane and Sarah, £10,000 each on reaching 21 or marriage. Daughters to have £200 p.a. out of estate for maintenance and education until respective portions due As wife now pregnant, to child due to be born, £1000 for portion on reaching 21 and until then £100 p.a. until 10 years old, £200 p.a. until 15 and from then on until 21, £300 p.a. for maintenance and education. to wife, all plate, jewels, coaches and coach horses and household goods in houses in St Mary Ax and Stratford If wife refuses or neglects to release right of dower then all above bequests to cease to cousin, Ann Jefferys, daughter of cousin, David Jefferys, deceased, £1500 to cousin Sarah, now wife of David Jones, gent., £500 on condition that Ann Jefferys, David Jones and wife Sarah, assign to brother John Jeffreys, and testator's heir all right to estate of John Jeffreys, esq., deceased, to whom testator and his brother are executors. all residuary estate to eldest son, Edward. Appoints wife, brother, John Jeffreys, Edward Jennings esq., Thomas Williams of London, goldsmith, Lewis Lloyd of Maeshock, Radnors., gent. and cousin, Roger Shulter of London, merchant, as executors until sons reach 21. Wife and above executors also to be guardians of family until sons 21 to cousin, Roger Shulton, yearly salary of £100 sermon to be preached every Lords Day at Priory Church in Brecon, not exceeding 10s. per sermon Witnesses: Zach.
