- Scope and ContentStephen Thornton, George P Livius. 41 prisoners. It appears that Joseph Partridge is committed for the SIXTH time. Ot appears that William Kemp is in custody on a charge of burglary - he had been but recently discharged. Since his committal he is reported as disorderly and determined to mischief. The commuted sentences of the three convicts under sentence of death have been received and are as follows: James Peacock to be transported for life. George Marsden the same. James Roberts the same. To be removed on board the Justitia hulk at Woolwich will all convenient speed. The Convict Thomas Plowman is alos ordered to be removed to the General Penitentiary for convicts at Millbank. William Kemp is ordered to be kept in close confinement until tomorrow.
