  • Scope and Content
    Philip Hunt, George Cardale. Mr Warner is ordered to separate the convicts into classes and to point out to the Visiting Justices the best means he can devise for preventing the convicts at hard labour from conversing with any other class of prisoners. Thomas Sharp, a desperately wicked and dangerous convict, is ordered to be removed from the treadmill yard, as he is sentenced to imprisonment without hard labour and hereby ordered to be transferred into what is called the female felon ward (now empty) together with Henry Riley, who is unable to work at the treadmill.
