Death of (i) Deed to make Tenant to the Precipe 20 Jan 1659 (i) Edward Dixon, Henry Atkinson (ii) Stephen Venables of London, gold wire drawer (iii) Charles Dixon of Cevent Garden, gentleman. - annuity as above. to (ii) followed by common recovery. Stephen Venables and Abraham Deskeene, on oath of Chancery in May 1664, delivered a bill of constraint which was exhibited against them by i) in Apr 1664, and declared that use declared to Stephen Venables was by direction of Abraham deskeene according to agreement between (i) Edward Dixon and i) , & (ii) Abraham Deskeene that Stephen Venables should hold annuity as to so much as migh be levied on 2 messuages formerly pruchased by Abraham Deskeene of Thomas Atkinson and 1 other messuage, which was to be conveyed to Abraham deskeene and residue of annuity not charged on above messuage was to be conveyed to i) NOW: Consideration £1,340 to i) by ii) - i)'s share in tearly annuity Signed: i) Witnessed: George Lee, Benjamin Delann, John Hare, senior, Richard Hare, Senior.
