    BEDFORD: part of a skull and other human bones discovered on 4 May 1971 during excavation on a new building site at the junction of St. Mary's Street and Cauldwell Street, Bedford; it was considered the bones had been reburied at the site in the 15th or 16th century when it had been part of the church of St. Peter of Dunstable [see Co/Inq3/2/30-31 and Co/Inq3/2/47 also].
