    Body to be interred in Kingsbury Church with father and mother to nephew, Mr Thomas Willington, £8 p.a. for life to be paid by his brother, Mr Waldive Willington to nephew, Thomas Willington, my best cloth coat and all wearing apparel of linen, £10 to buy him and his wife mourning to neice, Mrs Elizabeth Walker of Hillingly, 20 guineas to nephew, Mr Richard Walker and aforesaid wife, Elizabeth, £15 to buy mourning to neice, Mrs Willington of Northampton, 1 guinea to buy ring to nephew and neice, Mr Watkinson and wife, 1 guinea each to buy them rings to Mr William Averye of Stowley Hill in Arley and his wife, 1 guinea to buy them rings to Mrs Averye of Cosehill and to John Morteboys of Hillingly, 1guinea each to Mr John Coape of Kingsbury, 2 guineas to Mrs Fairfax of Atherston, £5 to servants, Thomas Butler and Anne Butler, £10 each if still living with me at time of my death, also £3 each to buy mourning to Thomas Butler, all my woollen wearing apparel except a Camblet Coat and a Mourning Gown Forgives Francis Moorwood of Arley all sums owing desires nephew, Mr Waldive Willington, to take care of boy testator put to apprentice at Tamworth to nephew, Mr Waldive Willington, all stock in South Sea Co. and all sums of money owing testator from Exchequer, subject to his paying £8 p.a. to Mr Thomas Willington; also all estate, lands and appurtenances in Eaton Socon, lease of house in Putney, Surrey, late occupied by Capt. Soames and others, estate in Arley, occupied by Oliver Butler (as stated in will of testator's brother-in-law, Mr Richard Averye, deceased to descend to Waldive Willington) Appoints nephew, Waldive Willington, sole executor.
