    William Knight hath at different times used divers threats towards Abraham Lucas Scott and in particularly on 26 March William Knight did use threats in the words "I will do for you". Abraham Lucas Scott upon corporal oath says that he apprehended he is in danger of death or some bodily harm from William Knight. Upon corporal oath Abraham Lucas Knight doth request Sureties of the Peace of said William Knight not for any hatred, malice or evil will but simply and purely that he is afraid that William night will do him some bodily mischief.
