-To ? wife, household goods, except blue bed and bestead, and furniture in room where they stand..
-To daughter, Temperance, blue bed and bedstead, trunk at house of testors. bro. Mayne at Houghton.
-To son John capital messuages, 8 acres pasture in Great Brickhill, late purchase of (John Duncombe), for life, remainder to heirs in tail. (c.8 lines illegible).
-To executors said messuages and 8 acres ? in trust for John.
-Revokes clause in Grant and Release of 3 January, last between testor, and Thomas Duncombe, Francis Dodsworth, John Mayne and John Jefferys gentleman, in consideration of £300 to be paid to testors daughters.
-£100 to be portion of Thomas Rudd junior till death of John; if John is legally evicted, executors to pay the £100 to his wife and children after his death. If John leaves no children, £100 to son Thomas.
