Redman, with plantations of oaks adjoining occupied by testator (except two closes, one called Long Leys and the other a small meadow between Long Leys & Crawley Brook, with the double hedge, & right of way to them from Berry Lane)
to brother J.F.C. How - annuity of £100 charged on Hayfield Farm.
to housekeeper Hannah Culverhouse - annuity of £30
to William Fitzwilliam How - annuity of £130, charged on property bequeathed to William Fitzwilliam How.
to niece Maria How White, daughter of Mariabella - annuity of £50 after death of Mariabella.
to niece Gulielma White, daughter of Mariabella - annuity of £50 after death of Mariabella.
If either Maria or Gulielma outlives the other after Mariabella’s death, she is to have £70 annuity instead of £50.
