Recites that Peter & Marabella Briggins sold premises in Hogsdon for £280 to J. Waters, premises in Old Street for £427 to Jos. Townshend.
Peter Briggins purchased the Kings Head Inn, Southwark, for £1050, & settled it to the above uses of the marriage settlement, together with messuages in Bartholornew Close which he had purchased for £600 of Thomas Farmborough, senior.
