Recites Will of Honourable and Reverend William Herbert, late Dean of Manchester, deceased, 26 January 1847, bequeathing real and personal estate (except a chief rent of £50 and his property in Canada) to Letitia Herbert, Algernon Herbert and Charles Rickson upon trust to sell; income from sale to pay legacies etc to Cecilia and other children. Property in Therfield, Hertfordshire; lands in Bolnhurst and Colmworth. Brook farm in Bolnhurst; lands in Colmworth comprised in Marriage Settlement, except Cherry Orchard farm.
