(ii) Thomas Duncombe of Broughton (Buckinghamshire) esq.,Francis Dodsworth of Whaddon (Buckinghamshire) esq.,William Mayne and John Mayne of Hogston (Buckinghamshire) gentlemen, John Jefferies of Wavendon (Buckinghamshire) gentleman. ---Messuage called the Leyes in Great Brickhill in occupation of John Nash. - Leyes meadow in same (60acres) in occupation of same and William Nash. - 2 Grasse Closes in Soulbury in occupation of same. (ii) to raise portions for John, Thomas, Anne and Temperance, the children of (i) and jointure for wife Sarah. To hold in trust for (i) for life, then to sell and purchase annuity of £30 for John Rudd, pay £300 each to Anne and Temperance at age 21 or marriage, pay £70 to wife Sarah in lieu of jointure, remainder to be paid to Thomas.
