    Affidavit of William Hanbury Potter Jones of Harcourt Buildings, Temple [London], esquire in the Chancery case Harriot Coutts (since deceased) and others versus Mary Oswin (since deceased) and others: - William Jones of Woburn esquire, deceased and Frances Henrietta, his wife, deceased, his late father and mother, married in Kensington [Middlesex], in April 1784; - he understood from his maternal grandmother and his aunt Charlotte Sophia Mahon, sister of Frances Henrietta Jones, who died in April 1837 that he was the eldest son of William and Frances Henrietta Jones and had been born on 8th January 1886 and had been christened William Hanbury Potter Jones though he was usually known as William Hanbury Jones; - sworn at the Public Office, Southampton Buildings [Middlesex] before J. S. Dowdsworth.
