    (i) Arthur Tarsey of Leighton Buzzard yeoman. (ii) Elizabeth Leigh. -- 30 acres land in Leighton Buzzard. (Reciting (1) Lease, 14 March 1704/5 for 99 years by Thomas Lord Leigh to Sir John Holt Chief Justice of Kings Bench and Sir John Crossley. (2) Sequestration of prebendal estate and restoration after 1660, except the above, bought by John Cheshire for less than ¼ value , succeeded by son George, then George’s son John who held property till 2 years ago, when he leased it to Tarsey for 9 years at £8.6s. per annum preparatory to sale. To prevent sale Elizabeth Leigh claimed it as part of prebendal estate and made entries to recover possession from Tarsey. In consideration of indemnity from claims of Cheshire, Tarsey attorns tenant. Witnesses: John Sambee, Francis Neale. .
