On death of Benjamin Finch (father) of Deptford (Kent) gentleman. -- messuage, 3 closes in Heath and Reach (7 acres). -- Close called Horseditch Close (4 acres) -- 1 acre arable adjoining Horseditch Close in Horseditch furlong. -- 3 acres meadow dispersed: viz. ½acre in Winmead, 1 rood in Winmead, 1½acres gore in Thorn mead, ½acre in Thorn mead. Quit-rent: 7 shillings. (Reciting admission of Benjamin Finch senior, 11, 12 June 1747 on surrender of John Berrisford.)
