With proviso for payment of £40 by Henry Hawes to Francis and Elizabeth Disney, children of Matthew Disney of Bradwell (Buckinghamshire) clerk: £40 to Henry and Matthew Hawes children of Henry Hawes: £10 to Faith, wife of Thomas Disney. After death of Thomas Disney; to be void if Thomas Disney lives until 1 May next.
