Indictment - Thomas Stanton of Turvey for (1) setting fire to an outhouse belonging to John Whitworth by putting a lighted match into the thatch and intending to injure John Whitworth; (2) placing lighted combustible materials against the inside thatch of the outhouse roof; (3) setting fire to the outhouse with intent to frighten John Whitworth; (4) attempting to set fire to the outhouse. No true bill.
