(a) messuage known as Caddington Hall with lodge cottage and outbuildings, farm and lands, gardens and pleasure grounds including the hedge on the west side;
(b) ground with plantation along the high road from Markyate to Luton adjoining (a);
(c) Grove Farm, Caddington containing 105 acres, 11 perches in the occupation of (ii);
(d) land of 24 acres, 39 perches in the occupation of Richard Dudley;
(e) land of 35 acres, 3 roods, 4 perches in the occupation of (ii).
