Neibor Soowel says as my brother's objection was the shortness of a 3 years lease he is writing to take it for 6 years ... willing to enter when it can be got properly fit which he tells J. Waldeck he believes cannot be by Lady Day. ... Sister Barber is very well – shirts & other clothes for the child made by Betty. Suggests settling annuity on [Isabella Everard] for her own private use without her husband's knowledge, "it would be very acceptable to her." Sends account of Everard’s expenditure June 1732 - Nov. 1733 out of the "hous book". Sent from Aspley
