Bedford and district title deeds

The provenance of these documents is as follows: I am sending two documents that were found many years ago from clearing out a storeroom from the former British Shoe Corporation in Leicester. Both documents came from the same file relating to land/property in Bedford town centre, a property which I think would have been occupied in the 20thC by the shoe retailer, Freeman, Hardy [and] Willis [possibly 28, High Street, Bedford]
