i) Thomas Mylton of Eaton (Buckinghamhire) tailor. ii) John Tubman junior son of John Tubman of Leighton Buzzard innholder, Margery Mylton daughter of (i). --3 acres arable in Eggington called Austons land, in occupation of Richard Gurney. --Tenancy in Corn market Leighton Buzzard, 7 acres land in Leighton Buzzard in occupation of William Gibson. --Tenancy near that of John Blackett, in occupation of Thomas Collier. --1 acre meadow in occupation of Thomas Collier. --Tenancy with garden in occupation of Margaret Lownde, widow. --Tenancy near Nether Cross in Leighton Buzzard in occupation of Henry Butfielde. - Tenancy & 7 acre land in Heath & Reach field of Leighton Buzzard in occupation of Thomas Haythorne. --Arable & meadow in Heath field Leighton Buzzard in occupation same. All which were late fraternity lands. i) to pay (ii) £20 at or before marriage. Excepts lease of messuage in Leighton Buzzard by (i) to John Laurence for 20 years at 26s 8d. (Recite (1) Letters Patent of 10 December 1580 leasing property to (i) & John Tubman senior. (2) Release of actions by John Tubman senior to (i) 23 February 1580/1.
