    Has written to Eccleston to tell him that he tried bring up the subject of Isabella with Harwood (Eccleston’s "brother") who completely ignored it, & he was forced to leave Crosfield without his speaking one word about them .... Had an account from Thomas Hyam (?) of the issue of the rehearing between Hillier & Story in Exchequer ... has heard today that he has returned to the North - he was at Leeds two weeks ago, came into the town in the evening after their weekday meeting & went from thence northward early next morning, & was accompanied by Benjamin Horner at whose house he lodged that night.
