(Recite (1) Lease, 26 February 1704 / 5 by Samuel Harris, prebend of Leighton Buzzard : To (i) for lives of (i), (ii) & Charles 2nd son of (i). (2) Articles of Agreement by Charles Leigh before marriage with (ii), covenanting to procure new lease, for lives of self, Elizabeth & Charles Leigh. (3) Trust deed, 20 May 1699, by Charles Leigh to (iii), to self for life, remainder to (ii) for life. (4) Will of Charles 5 June 1704. (5) (iii) have surrendered residue of term to (i))
