30 acres arable, ley & sward ground dispersed in fields in occupation of (late) Thomas Poynton, part of prebend estate.
ii) to perform 4 ½ days work at one day’s notice, with men and horses & carts, either at harvest time or otherwise.
If no work is required, ( ii) to pay 4s extra rent.
ii) to leave the fallow belonging to property at end of the term.
