Declaration of Trust by Charles Negus of 37 Tavistock Place, Bedford, builder and undertaker to donate £100 to be invested in 3% Defence Bonds, the income to be remitted to Bedfordshire County Council at the direction of John Ronald Tulloch Tarver and Fred Fairbrother MSc as Chairman of the Governors and Headmaster of Cedars School and trustees for providing the annual Charles Negus Arithmetic Prize to the scholar showing the greatest proficiency at arithmetic.
