- signed minutes of each meeting, the first being 21 May 1942 and called by Women’s Section of the British Legion who had previously dealt with Christmas gifts to local members of the services;

- balance sheet for Christmas Gift Fund for Flitwick, Pulloxhill, Greenfield and Flitton 1942;
- account of postal orders despatched at Easter and Christmas 1945;
- letter regarding donation of a cheque received by a farmer from Ministry of Air for damage to his crop due to an aircraft landing in his field [circa 1945];
- succession of S.Lamb as Chairman of the Fund [1945];
- correspondence regarding memorial tablet in Flitwick church [1948-1949]
