Operative Part
(i) and (ii) came before William Frederick Ashby Fletcher, Steward of the Manor of Biggleswade, out of court. In consideration of the sum of £35 paid to (i) by (ii), (ii) surrendered into the hands of the Lord of the Manor land and premises as in a)
a) All that piece or parcel of ground situate in Biggleswade in Anchor Yard near a lane called Crabb Lane and now known as Sun Street with the two cottages or tenements now standing, now or late in the occupations of Mrs Wilson and George Jackson.To which premises (i) was admitted tenant at a Court held on the 24th April 1903.
(i) surrendered a) to the use of (ii) his said heirs and assigns at the will of the Lord according to the custom of the said manor.
Received of (ii) the sum of £35. Witnessed by D Bell Drake, Clerk.
