    1) Benjamin Jefferies of Great Barford in the county of Bedford, yeoman and William Robert Jefferies of Great Barford, yeoman and Edward Jefferies of Great Barford. 2) Benjamin Jefferies and Thomas Street of Renhold in the county of Bedford, yeoman and Robert Jefferies of Cople in the county of Bedford, gentleman. 3) James Gibbon of Swansea in the county of Glamorgan, doctor of physic. 4) Theed Pearse the younger in the town of Bedford, gentleman. 5) John Barcock of Great Barford, grocer. 6) William Cumberland of Great Barford, blacksmith. 7) Francis John Budd of the town of Bedford, gentleman. Consideration of £500 to Benjamin Jefferies, William Robert Jefferies and Edward Jefferies and Thomas Street by John Barcock. All in consideration of 10 shillings paid to James Gibbon by John Barcock. In consideration of 5 shillings paid to by Francis John Budd to Theed Pearse. Recites indentures from 16 July 1754, 22 and 23 May 1755, 20 April 1795, 21 April 1795, 3 March 1798, 2 and 3 December 1799, 2 and 3 May 1806 and 7 and 8 February 1817. All that part of an allotment piece or parcel of land lying in Mill Field, containing 12 acres 2 roods. And which said piece or parcel of land lying in Goldington Turnpike Road at the south west, the open and common fields and waste lands in the parish of Great Barford together with hedges, ditches, mounds, fences, trees, woods, underwoods and the ground and soil, ways, paths, waters, watercourses.
