Parties: 1) Francis John Budd of the town of Bedford in the county of Bedford, gentleman. 2) Kezia Brightman, of the town of Bedford. In consideration of £200 and interest between Francis John Budd and Kezia Brightman, to be paid by John Barcock to Kezia Brightman. Recites mortgage between Francis John Budd and John Barcock from the 16 February 1824. All that allotment plot, piece or parcel of land or ground belonging to Langley Field of 12 acres 2 roods and 27 perches, then in the occupation of John Barcock. 29 September 1828
