Parties
(i) Frederick Archdale of Woodlands Bassett of Southampton , esq.
(ii) Charles Samuel Lindsell of Biggleswade, esq.
(iii) Henry Martin Lindsell of Biggleswade, esq.
(iv) George Winch of Chatham, Kent
(v) Ellis Piggott Jeakings of Biggleswade, retired bootmaker.
Reciting
(i) is seised in undivided moiety of the hereditaments described in (I) for an unencumbered estate in fee simple. (ii) and (iii) are each respectively seised of one undivided fourth part of the same for an unencumbered estate in fee simple.
The parties (i), (ii) and (iii) contracted with (iv) for the sale to him of (amongst others) the hereditaments described in (a) but no conveyance has been made.
Operative Part
(iv) has contracted with (v) for the sale to him of the said hereditaments for £45 and (iv) has requested that (i), (ii) and (iii) to convey the same direct to (v).
(i), paid by (v) and at the request of (iv) conveys to (v) one undivided moiety as described in (a) in fee simple.
(ii) at the request of (iv) conveys to (v) one undivided fourth of hereditaments described in (a) in fee simple.
(iii) at the request of (iv) conveys to (v) one undivided fourth of hereditaments described in (a) in fee simple.
(iv) acknowledges the right of (v) to production of a deeds of enfranchisement: one dated 20 Jan 1899 between Francis Frederick Lovell of the one part and Frederick Archdale of the other part; one of the same date between Francis Frederick Lovell of the one part and (ii); and another of the same date made between Francis Frederick Lovell of the one part and (iii).
Schedule
a) All that messuage or cottage situate and fronting on Sun Street, Biggleswade now in the occupation of William Gauge. Bounded on the N.E. and N.W. by other property of (v), on the S. by property of (iii) and on the S.W. by Sun Street.
