Certificate of the governors of Bridewell and Bedlam that John Saye on 4th February 1588/9 was brought into Bedlam, distracted of his wits, and kept there until 7 May 1589, and that Mr.Francis Nycolles of Hardwick, Northamptonshire, gentleman paid the charges. Certified by Roger Warfild, treasurer, Simon Boweman, John More and William Horne, surveyors, and Rowland Sheford, keeper.
