Devises to wife Elizabeth household furniture and £200; to son John best horse, harness, 'Leaden Cooler to Cool Beer, which Stands in the Old Stable'; to brother Hawkins' two daughters Mary Webb and her sister Margaret two feather beds 'which was the desire of my other wife before she died, and also her Silk Gown'; to brother Nicholas Adams and to son John a messuage late in the occupation of Thomas Hill on the backside of the Middle Row in Dunstable; the sale of all other effects to take place and the proceeds to be divided between son John and daughter Elizabeth.
