Thomas Malcott for messuage with close between Goldelane alias Gullane etc. 3s per annum
Sir William Boteler knight and alderman of London for ½ acre in the Forde in his own close, late Thomas Kyrton previously Walter Kyrton etc.
b) Survey of BIDDENHAM, giving name of tenants, what they receive each year, and what outpayments and to whom, e.g.
William Lorde has each year 32s, whence he pays to William Salisbury 2s, to the master of the prebend of Lincoln 5s, to the prior of Newnham 3s 10d, and to John Guddy 13½d
The original seems to have been c.1488/9, but the names of later tenants inserted when the document copied, between 1503 and 1539
