To daughter Mary Knight, a cottage in Goldington for life and then to granddaughter Mary Drake. To son John, in trust for support of son William during latter's life, 2 messuages in Bedford in the occupation of testator and Isaac Harrodine, and the prebend land in St Pauls parish in the occupation of testator and of William Theed. To grandchildren: Mary Drake £100; Elizabeth and Sophia Harrold £150 each; Charles, George, Hepziba and Thomas Michael, the four children of son John, £150 each. To daughter Mary Knight, best feather bed. Codicil of even date leaving to wife [unnamed] £10, one bed, and part of household goods.
