    Ralph grants to the prioress his claim to the Holy Water, also all tithes of holmes, swans and pigs, and that they can divert the brook that runs by Brokestret and descends through their garden, and he grants also rights of common and carriage over Harewolde Weye The convent grant to Ralph their advocate ("Auowe") not to use the water for a mill, though they are allowed to grind their corn where they will. Made in the church of Harewold in the presence of Walter prior of Caudewelle, sir Henry de Hasting’, sir Simon de Pateshulle, sir Robert de Pauilly, Walter de Wahulle Witnesses: Sir Hugh Gobyun, master John de Donestaple, master John de Bokingham, Roger le Sergaunt of Toreueye, Robert de Esseby clerk, Sir Geoffery de Munsorel, chaplain, John de Lidgath clerk, Mathew the tailor of Wahulle, Stephen the son of Walter de Toreueie and others seal tag [Norman French]
