Ralph grants to the prioress his claim to the Holy Water, also all tithes of holmes, swans and pigs, and that they can divert the brook that runs by Brokestret and descends through their garden, and he grants also rights of common and carriage over Harewolde Weye The convent grant to Ralph their advocate ("Auowe") not to use the water for a mill, though they are allowed to grind their corn where they will.
