    Parties: (i) William Norris of Biggleswade, hairdresser, and his wife, Ann. (ii) William Hogg of the same, Merchant and banker. Release from (i), in consideration of £180 to be lent and advanced to them by (ii), to (ii) of: a) piece or parcel of garden ground situate in Shortmead Street, containing from E. to W. 78’, and from N. to S. 44’ of ‘assize’, and bounded and mentioned therein. b) 6 several messuages, cottages, tenements or dwelling houses, barns and premises erected and built thereon with appurtenances and tenanted as therein mentioned. ...and Assignment or transfer, for the same consideration, from (i) to (ii) of all the dividends, interest and annual produce during their lives and the life of the survivor of them which should become due in respect of a certain sum of £221 19s. Consolidated 3% annuities standing in the joint names of Thomas Waters of ‘Newton Bury’ (Bedfordshire.), farmer, and James Huffer of Biggleswade, stonemason, as the trustees under a certain Indenture of settlement therein mentioned of, for, in respect of any sums of money which should be produced by any sale, transfer, or disposition of the said sum or any of the stocks, funds or securities in which the same should be laid out or invested; and all their right, title, interest, benefit, property, claim and demand to, in, or upon, the same premises. Habendum: the said dividends, interest, annual produce and all and singular other the premises assigned to (ii) his executors, administrators and assigns, subject to a proviso for redemption; and, in default of payment, with power of sale and other powers therein mentioned. Operative Part Notice from William Thomas Chapman of Biggleswade, solicitor, as agent for and on behalf of (ii), to Thomas Waters and James Huffer that the said premises and dividends are subject to the recited indenture and that the sum of £180 and interest thereon is still due and owing to (ii) of all which premises they are hereby required to take notice accordingly.
