Recites: Will of John Hillersdon; devises reversion of lands in Hockliffe and Battlesden, then the estate of Dame Elizabeth Becher, to nephew John Hillersdon; lands in Colmworth to Sir William Becher of Howbury and brother said Thomas Hillersdon in trust for John; £100 to cousin Elizabeth Trussell, now Merrick; £300 to brother William Becher, gentleman; £500 to brother George Becher; £200 to sister Elizabeth Becher.
