Presentment by the homage that William Brunt, late a customary tenant of the manor, who in his lifetime held two messuages as in Z 590/5(a) and Z 590/6 (latter recited), lately died seised thereof having made and published his will (17 Sep 1827) whereby he gave and devised to Thomas Magarth, Robert Lindsell and William Larkins:
a) 2 several messuages situate in or near Cow Fair Lands in Biggleswade then or late in the occupation of [ ] Bilcock and [ ] Cartwright.
...upon the trusts mentioned in the will.
Admission of Robert Lindsell, Thomas Magarth and William Larkins, by Robert Lindsell their attorney.
Habendum: to Robert Lindsell, Thomas Magarth and William Larkins their heirs and assigns of the Lord of the Manor etc.
