... their “pryncipall tenemente” in Bydenham, with all their lands etc. which they have for term of their lives in the said town, reserving to the lessors during their lives “the halle with the crosse chamber in the seid tenemente vj acres londs a stonpitte an hempyard and fyssyng in the water” annual rent 26s8d Lessee to “tele and ere the seid vj acres of londs at all seasons as he doth his wone and the seid John and Agnes to fynde sede thereto and the seid Richard shall felle and cary the same corn home and howse it yerely at his cost and fynde the seid John and Agnes yerely ij hoggs for ther larder and salt for them, a b[ushell] of otemele, someryng and wynteryng of vj bests, a cartful of hey and every fortenyght a b[ushel] whete and a b[ushel] of malte during the lyffs of the seid John and Agnes” 2 seals
