AGREEMENT that i) shall pay to ii) on 1st April next £40, now in the hands of Lewys Dyve esquire of Bromham, the profits of which for 4 years are to be used towards finding 10/- per annum each for Francis and Joseph, the two sons of i), and at the end of the four years the whole £40 to be turned to the use of Joseph Fitzgeffry now living with his uncle ii) in Cornwall
If Joseph die before reaching age 24, then to be divided between brothers and sisters
