She picked up an old pair from the floor and said “here they are”. He told her he wanted to see the pair she was wearing. She held up her foot and showed him the pair produced. She said “they were too small for me and I was forced to cut them”. She took them off and he took them. When asked where she got them her husband was present and she said “let me see Tom, where did you get them”. He said “what, you b--- fool? You know where I got them from I bought them in Aylesbury market”. William Durrant was committed for trial yesterday for stealing these boots.
