    i) Thomas Leigh of Hamstall Riddware (Staffordshire) baronet ii)John Earl of Bridgewater, Thomas Bond of London esq, --- Manor of Leighton Buzzard etc. now held in trust by (ii) after death of (i) in trust for wife Mary for remainder of term, on death of (i) & wife Mary profits to Katherine, Mary, Elizabeth, Frances; Vere & Ursula daughters of (i). (Recite lease 10 January 1575/6 now vested in (ii) by assignment of 1 July 1609 (b) covenant 30 October 1610 settling property on (i) & wife Mary for life, remainder to heirs in tail with clause permitting (i) to dispose of property by will for maintenance of his younger children & for raising sufficient portions for them). --- Prebend of Leighton Buzzard after daughter of (i) & wife Mary to 2nd son Charles, provided that he, within 2 years of death of same, pays £3000 (£500 each) to daughters of (i) as above, as Robert Sutton of Steane (Notts) esquire, Thomas Bond, John Newdigate of Arbury (Warkshire) esquire. John Holes of Coventry esquire, Richard Newdigate of Grays Inn esquire, shall appoint. If Charles fails to pay this, property to remainder to eldest son Thomas on same conditions. (Recite (a) Lease 22 June 1636 by William Warr Doctor of Divinity Prebendary of Leighton Buzzard to (i) & William Turney of Leighton Buzzard gentleman at £76 13s 4d per annum for lives of (i) & wife Mary & of Thomas & Charles Leigh his sons. (b) Articles of Agreement, 8 September 1636, whereby William Turney acknowledge that his name was used in trust only, and settling the uses.)
