Title
Shillington ladies football team at Shefford.
Shillington Ladies played many matches for charitable events in different parts of the county during the 1950’s. They played at Barton, Baldock, Shefford and as far away as Wing besides some more matches at fete’s on their home ground. There were a few changes within the team but a good team spirit remained when the team were together. Some players stayed with the team throughout, they were Mavis Aldridge, Pat Grundon, Valerie Grundon and Margaret Smith.
