    Award given at Byddenham 19 December 1 Mary [19 Dec 1553] i) Henry Albany to give to William Butler all leases or other interests he has in the said parsonage before Easter next, so William Butler can take possession ii) Henry Albany to enjoy parsonage to Easter Evening next, except that William Butler to have the tithe eggs and other tithes commonly gathered in the week before Easter iii) Henry Albany to leave timber but can take reasonable fuel from parsonage grounds iv) William Boteler to pay Henry Albany £93 6s 8d within next year v) Each to grant the other a general release endorsed with: 3 receipts by Henry Albany for money, the third being to Anne Butteler, widow, executrix of testament of William Butteler her late husband. 26 Sep 1554
