To eldest son Thomas reversion expectant on father's death of lands in Chalgrave, charged with £12 p.a. to wife Sarah.
To wife Sarah wearing apparel, ornaments, & £40 worth of household goods, cottage (2 tenements) at Tebworth, occupied Thomas Roberts senior, & William Buckingham, late bought of Mary Willison.
To brother-in-law Thomas Roberts junior & Richard Partridge rest of messuages & lands, also orchard & dovehouse to above cottage, to be sold at discretion or when son is 21;
they are to invest £220 for wife.
