    (i) John Burrows of Warmington, gentleman (ii) George Atterbury, late of Tebworth, now of Wingfield, gentleman (iii) Richard Gurney, citizen & goldsmith of London --- a cottage etc (see below) at Tebworth ---- 1/2 acre in Tebworth in Church Field, at Pedders pitts, heading Catch furlong; ---- 6 1/2 acres in Arsford or Ashford mead, 'being 5 whole Hall acres, and 6 Tutwell poles, with the Smally Doles belonging to the said 5 whole Hall acres and Tutwell poles' owners & occupiers adjoining Robert Fish, gentleman recites: Mortgage £100 29 June 1734: George Atterbury to Rebecca Valentine of Whitchurch, spinster: ---- A cottage at Tebworth divided into two, occupied John Messeder alias Coby & Robert Osborn junior, and pightle adjoining, and another pightle 1/2 acre near, purchased by Thomas Reed of William Morgan: Also 1/2 rod on the backside near dovehouse; also said dovehouse: Principal was not repaid, Rebecca has since married John Burrows.
