ii) have covenanted to pay to i) at Bedeford on Ladyday 1425 13s 4d, half a quarter of wheat and a cartload of firewood, and at Michaelmas following 13s 4d, half a quarter of wheat and a cartload of firewood and thus from year to year until £20 will have been paid.
If she should die during the term, the payments are to be made to her executors and to William Elyot of Goldyngton and his executors, the allowance of wheat and firewood ceasing on Agnes’ death.
