    Manor of Eaton Bray with the Members absolute surrender by George Abrahams of Eaton Bray, formerly a victualler, now a farmer for £280 to David Abrahams of Eaton Bray, dealer by the hands of Thomas Gadsden and John Henley, two customary tenants, of (a) messuage, formerly a public house called the Cricketers on Eaton Green, Eaton Bray formerly in the occupation of Mrs. Mead, then John Tibbs [sic] and Richard Lott [sic], then George Abrahams and Michael Puddephatt, now George Abrahams, with yard, garden and orchard adjoining; (b) four butts of arable in the common field on the backside of (a) containing one acre formerly in the occupation of Daniel Ellingham, now George Abrahams
