(ii) Thomas Burr of Dunstable, esquire
Reciting:
- (i) had contracted with (ii) for sale of (a)-(b) for £235 (free from the encumbrance of the £115 mortgage at MN15/5 – (i) agreeing to pay £134/10/- of the purchase money to John Grant and Edward Lawford the mortgagees)
Operative Part:
- (i) covenanted to surrender (a)-(b) to (ii) for £235
Property:
(a) messuage in Eaton Bray formerly in the occupation of William Mead, grandfather of (i), then John Jeffs and Richard Scott, now Michael Puddefoot and George Abraham;
(b) four butts of arable on the backside of (a) in the occupation of Daniel Ellingham
