Manor of Eaton Bray with the Members absolute surrender by William Mead of Leighton Buzzard, carpenter, eldest son and heir of William Mead late of Leighton Buzzard, carpenter and joiner, deceased (who was son of William Mead of Eaton Bray Elizabeth, his wife) by George Hooper of Dunstable, deputy steward, for £235 to Thomas Burr of Dunstable, esquire, pursuant to a deed of conveyance of 19 October 1831 [MN15/7], of (a) messuage in Eaton Bray formerly in the occupation of William Mead the grandfather, then John Jeffs and Richard Scott, now Michael Puddefoot and George Abraham; (b) four butts of arable on the backside of (a) in the occupation of Daniel Ellingham
